Little Red is one of Scotland’s leading Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands. By booking the band for weddings, events, or private functions, clients agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline booking procedures, payment obligations, cancellations, and our commitment to professional, high-quality live music. Little Red has earned its reputation among Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands for delivering unforgettable performances and exceptional service.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings with Little Red, one of the most trusted Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands, are confirmed through the signing of two contracts – one on behalf of Little Red and one by the client(s). Signed contracts and the deposit must be returned within 7 days of receipt or before the end date of any promotional offer. Failure to return the signed contracts and/or deposit may result in your booking being removed from the calendar, and Little Red reserve the right to accept an alternative booking for that date.

2. Payment Terms

The balance of fees is payable 4 weeks prior to the date of the performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to contract signing. Payments not received in accordance with these terms may result in Little Red withdrawing from the performance. As one of the leading Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands, Little Red prioritizes secure and timely payments to maintain professional standards. Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.

3. Performance Times

Bookings are contracted on a standard 20:00 – 00:00 basis. Any amendments to these times are at the discretion of Little Red, one of Scotland’s trusted Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands, and additional charges may apply. Performances are booked for set times rather than a fixed number of hours. Set-up and sound-check details will be confirmed with the client, with the band typically arriving 60 minutes prior to the performance. If access to the venue is delayed, Little Red will make every effort to set up promptly but are under no obligation to extend the performance beyond the contracted time.

4. Substitutions and Illness

In the event a band member is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Little Red reserve the right to provide a substitute musician of equal skill and professionalism, ensuring the performance quality meets the high standards expected from one of Scotland’s leading Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands.

5. Special Song Requests

Clients wishing for a song not on Little Red’s current playlist must provide at least 4 weeks’ notice for the band to learn it. If insufficient notice is given, clients may choose a song from the existing playlist or provide an mp3 to be played through the PA system. Little Red, as a professional Glasgow Wedding Band, Edinburgh Wedding Band, and Scottish Wedding Band, will always aim to accommodate client preferences wherever possible.

6. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the client will be invoiced according to the terms in the signed contract. Non-payment may result in referral to Little Red’s representative at the Musicians’ Union, who may take legal action as necessary. 7. Changes to Band Information or Services

Little Red reserve the right to amend or withdraw any information related to the band and its services, including promotional events, playlists, performances, and other details. This applies to all events booked with any of Scotland’s top Glasgow Wedding Bands, Edinburgh Wedding Bands, and Scottish Wedding Bands.
